Attending the General Assembly High-level meeting on the Review of the Progress Achieved in the Prevention and Control of Non-Communicable Diseases, the INCB President, Dr. Lochan Naidoo, met with Dr. Margaret Chan, Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO).  Issues discussed during their meeting included ongoing cooperation between WHO and INCB, non-communicable diseases and availability of controlled medication together with prevention, treatment and aftercare of drug addiction.
